10 Great Places To Visit During Your First Trip To Paris
Activities That Won’t Break Your Wallet
Paris is one of the oldest big cities around. Known for its rich history, many cathedrals, gastronomy and fashion, it is also one of the most visited cities in the world. Ironically, a visit to the “City Of Lights” eluded my thoughts for a very long time. Paris is a magnificent city with a skyline almost devoid of any skyscrapers. It offers innumerable activities, places to eat and sights to see. Visiting Paris was more for personal reasons than tourism. However, it is never out of the question anywhere I venture.
It was cool to discover that Paris has a Subway system comparable to the Subway in New York City. A bit smaller and very easy to navigate. It’s a great way to get around town. It cost about the same as a New York City weekly unlimited Metro Card. It includes bus, metro, and the other lines that take you to the suburbs but refer to their websites and Kiosks for specifics.
